I think I found my new favorite UK wedding venue! It’s the incredible Oak Barn at Frame Farm in Kent. Ally and Emily chose it for their October wedding last year. The farm dates back to 1607, but has been beautifully modernised to host weddings. It’s also an eco friendly venue.

Emily had her hair and make up done by Make Up Angel in the Weaver’s Cottages with her mum and bridesmaids. The ceremony was held in the oak barn itself, which was decorated with sumptuous flowers from Blooming Flair. As Emily and Ally walked out the barn after the ceremony, the heavens OPENED! From a light drizzle as the confetti started being thrown, to a full on downpour as they finished walking through the confetti. Just as quickly as it arrived, it disappeared. Sort of ‘heavenly confetti’, ha ha!

Then it was on to drinks and canapés, then the family group shots, and the couple portraits. The wedding breakfast followed, with speeches and cake cutting.

Before the first dance, we had a sparkler moment, then it was back into the barn for the evening dancing. All in all, a BRILLIANT day.

“These are all so incredible! I was so so nervous about the photos and you have done such a fantastic job – just got quite teary in a chippy in Wales! Thank you so much for keeping us all so relaxed and capturing so many wonderful moments, we are so grateful. “
