At the end of March, I had the great pleasure of sharing Emma and Tim’s wedding day with them. Although we hadn’t met before I arrived in the morning, I could tell immediately that these two were going to have a brilliant day. Firstly, they picked a beautiful church to get married in and a super stylish London hotel (South Place Hotel) to have the reception at. Secondly, they chose amazing suppliers! What a great team. (Details at the end of the post.)
Emma got ready at South Place Hotel and then she and her father travelled in a gorgeous white 1960’s Jaguar to St Barnabas Church in Homerton for the ceremony. Huge thanks go to Sarah at Emerald and Mae for making sure that it all went so well on the day, and for being a delight to be around.
From Emma: “Thank you thank you thank you! It’s going to be so hard to decide what to get printed – i’m just going to have to have them all I think 🙂 They’re really fantastic and such a brilliant reminder of the day.”

Just look at those Jimmy Choos…

Emma’s Justin Alexander gown fitted her like a glove. She looked incredible.

The first thing I noticed about Tim was how happy he was. I’ve never seen a groom so delighted to be getting married!

Oops, someone forgot to turn their mobile phone off ….

The wedding breakfast was held in the Angler Restaurant at the top of the hotel.

Dean from VNV Sounds was the fab DJ for the evening.

Every good wedding has a magician.

Mojitos are an absolute must …

Easily my favourite kind of wedding cake, I love the wood base that Emma’s parents brought down from Norfolk.

Last minute speech tweaking.

I loved the speeches.

I snuck Emma and Tim out again to get a few more shots in the cool square around the corner from the hotel.
