Shooting weddings this year has been ‘challenging’, to say the least, what with the monsoon style weather we’ve been having since early April. So I was delighted, when I set off from North London for this Cannizaro House wedding in Wimbledon, that the sky was simply calm and overcast, rather than stormy. It seems it’s the best we can hope for this year. 😉
Matt and Kee chose this glorious venue for their May wedding, and a very wise choice it was. The grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly and the building is so classically English.
I was assisted on the day by the wonderful Vicki. Thank you, Vicki, it was a pleasure working with you!

How beautiful is Kee? Rhetorical question, that.

The talented Kaz Fernando did Kee’s flawless make-up.

These are some of my favourite ever wedding portraits. The love and happiness just radiates from them.

Matt and Kee met through My Single Friend and, during the speeches, Matt told a very funny story about how he had to do a fair bit of chasing up after their first date. I’m glad he persisted!

Matt and Kee’s reactions, when they saw the slideshow, absolutely made my day. Being able to do this for a couple is what makes me love, and live for, this job. You two make such a fantastic couple, and I’m sure you’ll have an amazing life together.
Thank you again for asking me to document your fun, stylish wedding, I loved it all.
“We are so thrilled with the photos! We cannot thank you enough for this, you’ve perfectly captured every single memory for us and it’s just wonderful. You were so professional, I don’t know how you managed to capture half the pictures from the ceremony and the speeches, you appear to have been everywhere! The shots are so un-forced and natural, and they just look amazing, I honestly do shed a tear whenever I go through the amazing slide-show.
