Epic is honestly the only word that comes to mind when I think of Izzy and Tom’s wedding at Château Pape Clement in Bordeaux.

For starters, how insane does Izzy look in her Lela Rose dress for the ceremony?! And I haven’t even got to her second look of the day, a play suit from Viktor and Rolf (both from Browns Bridal in London). Tom’s gorgeous white tuxedo was from Clifton Suits in Bristol. PS: I am HERE for all the bow ties this year (75% of my grooms so far this year have worn one!). So, so chic.

Bridal and groom prep happened at the chateau itself. I have to say, the whole day is SO much more relaxed when you keep everything in the same place. No stressful journeys through busy cities to get to your ceremony. The bridal suite at Château Pape Clement is absolutely stunning, with windows on three sides. This means LIGHT, a photographer’s dream. It was 30 degrees and humid, but that cross draft really kept us all sane.

A very special couple, warm and funny friends and families, a truly beautiful venue, a lit dancefloor and some classic golden French light. Yes, epic is the word.
