On Saturday I had the enormous honour of documenting Ed and Ann-Marie’s Fetcham Park wedding. The day was the epitome of understated elegance. Ann-Marie is an air stewardess and Ed is a pilot for British Airways. Ann-Marie wore a stunning Suzanne Neville dress and glorious Jimmy Choo shoes. Laura and her team at Fetcham ensured that everything ran beautifully to plan, and Kalm Kitchen supplied the utterly delicious food for the guests. We had beautiful blue skies and a gentle breeze. All in all, a perfect June wedding!
Fetcham Park in Surrey could have been designed with beautiful events in mind when it was first built over three hundred years ago. The house itself hides happily amongst gardens and fountains. Inside, the elegance and style of the rooms are simply breathtaking. Fetcham Park’s flexibility suits any size and style of occasion, from intimate dinners to large receptions.

I simply had to take the couple out after the first dance, for some more portraits, as the light was so very, very pretty. Golden hour is such a special time of the day, especially in those Spring and Autumn months when the sun sets around 8:30pm.
