My last wedding of 2015, at Burgh House in Hampstead, was just beautiful. Not only are Olivia and Tom both gorgeous, they are also the loveliest people to be around. I hadn’t met them prior to the wedding day but it didn’t matter at all. (I seem to have incredibly good luck with my clients. They are always warm, laid-back and loving people. I’m blessed, I know).
The day started at Olivia’s parents’ house in West London, where she grew up. Then we all travelled on to Burgh House in a white London cab, where the ceremony and reception was held. I’ve photographed at the venue before, in fact only eight weeks before Olivia and Tom’s wedding (Sarah and Nick’s big day)! Burgh House is particularly special for Olivia, as her grandmother used to live in a little house very close to the building, and partly why they chose it as the venue. The whole day felt very true to the couple, and also very much a genuine London wedding.
Isn’t she just beautiful?
Thank you so much, Olivia and Tom, for asking me to document your day. You were the cherry on the top of a wonderful year photographing weddings. I really can’t wait to see what 2016 brings.
My diary is filling up now (especially for Saturday weddings) so please get in touch via the Contact form above, if you are still in the process of planning your wedding.
Have a fantastic Christmas and New Year, everyone xxx
